Ehlerman Hall is an apartment-style residence hall that houses approximately 100 students of all identifying genders, but each apartment houses only students of the same identifying gender. Ehlerman Hall, located close to the I-Parking Lot and Turf Field, is a four-story residence hall with an elevator, business center and study box on the ground floor, and television lounge off the first-floor lobby.
Each apartment has shared and single bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area (with refrigerator, oven, and microwave) and a bathroom. Bedrooms are supplied with one bed, dresser, desk, and closet for each person residing in the room.
Building Information
- Class Level: Junior, senior, fifth-year and graduate students are housed in Ehlerman Hall.
- Types of Apartments: Ehlerman Hall has 16 four-person apartments, six five-person apartments and three two-person efficiencies.
- Air Conditioning: Ehlerman Hall is air-conditioned and has a thermostat to control the temperature in the living unit.
- Sheets: Mattresses are extra-long twins.
- Appliances: One internet jack is available per resident. Each bedroom is allowed one microwave, one small refrigerator and one coffee pot with automatic shut-off.
- Bathroom: Each apartment has a toilet, shower and sink/vanity.
- Furniture: Each resident will have one adjustable bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet. In the common space, there are soft couches provided, a dining room table with chairs, a coffee table and a TV stand.
- Bed: 30鈥 maximum height of adjustable bed
- Elevator: The building is equipped with an elevator.
- Laundry: A common laundry room is available for students. Laundry machines can be utilized with the Speed Queen app.
