The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership is a credit-bearing program designed for those individuals and organizations that seek graduate level study in leadership, with less extensive requirements than a full degree program. Credits earned toward the Graduate Certificate are transferable to the MA in Organizational Leadership program at ÃÄÄïÖ±²¥.
The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership may be earned by completing 12 credits from the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership curriculum, which includes:
Three (3) Core Leadership Courses (9 credits)
- LDR 508: Leading Sustainable Change
- LDR 530: Leadership Development
- LDR 620: Organizational Leadership Theory
One (1) other MAOL course (3 credits)
- Selected from the remaining courses in the MAOL program
The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership may be started in the Fall or Spring. The certificate may be earned in as little as 9 months.
